Manor Park high bay warehouse has achieved sectional completion this week.
The 100,000 sq ft warehouse was handed over on Monday ahead of the 30,000 sq ft office, to allow the fit out to commence ahead of main practical completion scheduled for April.
CWC are carrying out the fit out design of new warehouse and office spaces for Fresenius Kabi at Manor Park in Runcorn.
Fresenius Kabi is a global healthcare company that specializes in lifesaving medicines and technologies for infusion, transfusion and clinical nutrition. The warehouse facility was designed with an optimised night-time purge ventilation free cooling strategy to assist with maintaining the temperature of the warehouse between specific requirements with low capital cost, running cost and carbon emissions helping Fresenius Kabi to be more sustainable.
This facility supplements their existing administration, production and storage facility adjacent to the new development.
CWC are working on the project with Fresenius Kabi and Jones Lang LaSalle, with Marshalls constructing the base build and TMT carrying out the fit out works.
