Ian is proud to say he has designed all of the electrical services within Hotel Gotham in Manchester. This was one of his most challenging but successful projects – achieving the architectural and interior design aspirations within the constrains of a quirky Grade II* listed building.
Since starting his career as an apprentice electrician, Ian now has 28 years’ experience in building services engineering within small and large consultancies and contractors. Ian’s experience spans a diverse range of sectors and includes notable commercial, education, heritage, leisure and hospitality projects.
