Sean has over a decade of experience working for large and small building services engineering consulting practices. His experience covers a broad range of sectors including healthcare, education, industrial laboratories, heritage sites, commercial offices, mixed use buildings, retail, leisure, and residential schemes. He has extensive experience working on both new developments and refurbishment projects.
Key projects in Sean’s career include BBC Media City in Salford Quays, a Central Nuclear Constabulary Live Fire Training Facility and the full in-use refurbishment of the A&E department at Stepping Hill Hospital in Stockport.
Sean has recently been applying his rock-climbing skills to tree surgery, assisting his father maintain control of an overwhelming number of mature trees in Ireland, with the hope of preventing serious injury.
