David has over 25 years’ experience of building services engineering with small and large consulting engineering practices. He has broad sector experience, particularly in masterplanning, commercial offices, mixed use, retail, industrial and residential schemes.

David has extensive experience in the management of projects and in all aspects of professional consultancy services, ranging from building acquisitions, due diligence reviews, dilapidations negotiations and troubleshooting under-performing buildings.
