Lee has over 20 years’ experience in building services consultancy working on large and small scale projects in range of sectors including residential, hotels, education, healthcare, industrial and commercial. One particular project highlight was a major industrial development in Saudi Arabia. Outside of work he has a keen interest in watching rugby league and football.

He is responsible for the development of projects from the initial client brief through to construction stage and handover, preparing designs to meet the client’s requirements and budget constraints whilst ensuring compliance with all statutory, legislative, health & safety and environmental requirements. He is experienced in professional team relationships, liaising with external design teams, clients and contractors to produce designs coordinated with all other disciplines.
