One Heritage Tower reached a key milestone last week as the project was approved by Salford City Council’s Planning Committee.

The building will become Salford’s tallest at a staggering 55-stories, comprising 545 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments.

The scheme, which also includes co-working facilities, a gym and other commercial space, will make a significant contribution to the identity of the Greengate area.

Crookes Walker provided initial consultancy services for the MEP strategy and associated plant space and volume requirements. Following planning approval CWC are now progressing with the M&E design works.

Construction is due to start this year with an estimated completion date of 2023/4.
