Manchester Goods Yard will be home to Booking.com and Cloud Imperium Games.

CWC were appointed by Allied London to deliver the MEP RIBA Stage 3 design, due diligence and monitoring the contractor design development and installation through to completion. This included work on the masterplan to integrate a new 23MVA primary substation into the ground floor of the building, providing additional electrical capacity to St John’s and the surrounding area.
A modern, tech focused building requires excellent connectivity, and CWC worked closely with the whole design team to ensure the building achieved the highest possible WiredScore accreditation. The platinum rating gives the client peace of mind that their telecoms capabilities are cutting edge, reliable and futureproofed.
CWC are currently working on the CAT B fit-out for Cloud Imperium Games.
