Manchester Goods Yard, New Century Hall and The Lincoln have all been nominated for industry awards this year.
Manchester Goods Yard has been shortlisted for a BCO Northern Award in the “Best Commercial Workplace” category. New Century Hall and The Lincoln have both been shortlisted for the RIBA North West Awards.
Manchester Goods Yard
Manchester Goods Yard is a state-of-the-art workspace, a meeting place for media and tech businesses, and the commercial heart of Enterprise City. Inspired by the industrial warehouses of Brooklyn, New York, the buildings offers a range of flexible workspaces to suit the needs of modern businesses. New Century Hall
A little gem in the NOMA neighbourhood, New Century Hall has been lovingly restored to its former glory. The dancehall retains its original features, and a food hall and creative college have been added to create a vibrant new mixed-use space. Read more about the project.
The Lincoln
The Lincoln is a modern, Grade A office building at the heart of Manchester city centre. Crookes Walker carried out the client side monitoring of the MEP design and installation during the construction period and currently have an ongoing role supporting the landlord with CAT B tenant fit outs.
The winners of the BCO Northern Awards will be announced at the Northern Awards Dinner on 9th May, and the RIBA Regional Awards winners will be announced later in the spring.
