CWC were commissioned to develop the mechanical and electrical engineering services design, and to oversee the services installation through to completion.
The Environment Agency were simultaneously carrying out flood defence works at the wider Pebble Mill site, which now protects over 170 homes and businesses in the local area from flooding. This required careful coordination with the agency to ensure the development, new substation and infrastructure are protected during a potential flood event.
Completed in 2019, Vita Pebble Mill offers a unique student experience in extraordinary surroundings.
